The worst thing about most Greatest Hits albums is that if you are a fan - you have all the songs on the album except for maybe one or two. The beauty of this CD is that even if you have every album Phil Vassar has released - there are eight songs on this album you don't have.

There are three brand new songs: "Last Day of My Life," "Twenty One," and "The Woman in My Life." All three songs are classic Phil Vassar and will please any fan (or Phan).

The other five songs are new recordings of songs that Phil Vassar wrote and were hits by other popular artists. "Bye Bye" and "I'm Alright" (originally recorded by Jo Dee Messina), "My Next Thirty Years" and "In a Little While (originally recorded by Tim McGraw), and "Little Red Rodeo" (originally recorded by Colin Raye).

Of course, you get the best of the best from his other three CDs for a total of 15 great songs on one terrific album.
